...it's right up the road from you Wichitans. Met my seester Kelli and her husband Ed for an Irish Festival outside of Kansas City in Weston, MO. Quaint little town full of Irish folk, and a very cool brewery to boot. These guys converted the old brewery's underground storage areas into bars. Large areas totally encased in limestone blocks, arched walkways, and retro-fitted band stands, all a few stories underground. SO COOL. Although, we did feel like it was too packed due to the festival and we should definitely come back for an "off-season" weekend. Especially since crazy drunks tend to break limbs on the keg ramp down below, blocking the entrance.
